Self-service facility
Park Ave Pet Wash is a self-service facility owned and operated by Johnson Family Ventures LLC. We do not wash, groom, supervise, or take custody of your pet. You must remain with and in control of your pet throughout the visit.
Safe use
You are responsible for deciding whether the equipment and products are appropriate for your pet. Do not use the facility for an animal that is aggressive, contagious, seriously ill, or unable to use the station safely. Follow all posted instructions and stop immediately if your pet shows distress.
Pricing and payment
The location is cashless. You select a fixed wash duration from 5 to 25 minutes and review the price before card payment. The base price is $9 for 5 minutes, with each additional minute priced at $0.75. Posted machine pricing controls if this website and the machine ever differ.
Property and cleanup
You are responsible for your pet, your belongings, and damage caused by you or your pet, subject to applicable law. Please use the equipment as directed and leave the station ready for the next creature.
Messages
If you provide a mobile number for access or service communications, you agree to receive the messages needed to complete that request. Optional promotional messages require separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to promotional texts to opt out and HELP for help.
Availability
Normal hours are 6 AM–11 PM daily, but access, equipment, or services may be changed, paused, or unavailable for maintenance, safety, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.
